The Central Viera Community Association, Inc. (CVCA) is the main organization responsible for managing residential and commercial properties located west of I-95 in Viera, Florida. Established in 1994, CVCA oversees the maintenance and operations of parks, trails, landscaping along major roads, irrigation, and stormwater management. Think of CVCA as the umbrella organization that ensures the entire area is well-maintained and functions smoothly.
