Introduction to Keys Property Management
The day-to-day operations of Stoneridge community, including financial management, maintenance, and administrative duties, is managed by Keys Property Management, a professional management company. Subject to the oversight of the Board, Keys Property Management will handle many of the responsibilities traditionally assigned to the Board, with the same powers granted through our Bylaws and Declaration.

- Preparation of Annual Budgets
- Assessment Billing and Collection
- Architectural Modification Approval
- Preparation of Financial Statements

Central Viera Community Association
The Central Viera Community Association, Inc. (CVCA) is the master association for residential and commercial properties located west of I-95 in Viera, Florida. Established in 1994, CVCA oversees the maintenance and operations of parks, trails, right-of-way landscaping, irrigation on major roadways, and stormwater management.
Fairway Management of Brevard, Inc. (Fairway) has been hired to manage the day-to-day affairs of the CVCA master association.
