Dear Residents,
We wanted to let you know that starting in June, we will begin the process of removing some of the trees located between the sidewalks and streets in the HOA common areas. These trees have been causing issues with the sidewalks, leading to uneven surfaces and potential safety concerns for pedestrians. They also pose challenges for waste services and delivery companies. The removal process will start in June and will continue over the next several months, with advance notice provided for when and where the work will occur.
Summary of Work: The removal process will involve careful extraction to minimize disruption and ensure safety. After the trees are removed, the affected areas will be resodded and the sidewalks will be assessed for any necessary repairs. Homeowners will be notified in advance if the work will be taking place in front of their homes. This decision has been made in consultation with CVCA and Brevard County. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work towards enhancing our community.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the HOA board at hoa@stoneridgeviera.org.
