Title: Notice to the Stoneridge HOA Community – April 22, 2025
We hope this message finds you well. We have some important updates to share with you regarding our community. Please take a moment to read through the following information to stay informed and help us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
Announcement Details:
Terminix Bait Stations: We are pleased to inform you that Terminix has placed bait stations every 100 feet along the common area perimeter. These stations are part of our ongoing efforts to keep our community pest-free. Here are a few key points to remember:
- The bait stations are strategically placed to maximize effectiveness.
- These stations are safe and pose no risk to pets or children.
- We kindly ask that you do not tamper with or move the bait stations.
Wildlife Feeding Reminder: We love our local wildlife, but it’s important to remember that feeding them can disrupt their natural behaviors and attract pests to our community. Please do your part by refraining from feeding the wildlife. Your cooperation helps us maintain a healthy and balanced ecosystem.
Drainage and Irrigation Walk-Through: This Thursday, April 24th, Key’s management company and some board members will be conducting a thorough walk-through of the association, both front and back, to assess drainage and irrigation issues. Your cooperation and understanding during this assessment are greatly appreciated. This walk-through is crucial for identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure our community remains in top condition.
Wind Mitigation Inspections: Over the next week, we need to perform wind mitigation inspections required for insurance quotes. Since no previous inspection reports have been produced, we will need to work through a new inspection process. Only access to one residence per building is needed for the wind mitigation report, and we will be reaching out for volunteers. If any residents need these inspections for their files or insurance needs, please reach out to Keys for a copy. Your participation is vital for ensuring we have accurate and up-to-date information.
Conclusion: If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Dana Weatherman at Keys Property Management. We appreciate your cooperation and support in keeping our community safe and well-maintained.
Thank you for being a part of the Stoneridge community!
Sincerely,
Your Stoneridge HOA
